A short drive from the airport
From the airport the driver goes south-east around Sofia, past Pancharevo lake, and up the valley of the Iskar river to Samokov. Borovets is a few kilometres above Samokov. It is a short drive, so even with an evening flight you reach the hotel the same night.
Skis and snowboards
For one or two skiers a sedan is enough. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with skis; for four skiers or snowboards we send a minivan, which works as a car with an extra-large boot. Ski schools and groups take a minibus or a bus. Tell us how many ski bags you have.
Borovets out of season
Borovets is not only for winter. In summer people come for walks in the Rila mountains, for Musala, the highest peak in the Balkans, and for the Seven Rila Lakes. We drive there in summer too, and in all seasons from Plovdiv and from the coast.
Back to the airport
The way back costs the same. Because the drive is short, for most flights it is enough to leave Borovets about three hours before departure. The driver collects you at the hotel.
