Why people take a car instead of the short flight

Flights from abroad to Sofia are often cheaper and more frequent than to Burgas. With a car from Sofia Airport you go straight to your hotel at the sea, with all the luggage, without a second flight and without waiting at a bus station. For four people the sedan price is about 54 € per person.

Stara Zagora: halfway, and the way to Turkey

Stara Zagora is about 2:45 hours from Sofia. From here the road to the Turkish border goes south through Haskovo to Kapitan Andreevo. From Sofia to the border crossing at Kapitan Andreevo the price is 196 € by sedan, and we also drive on to Istanbul Airport.

On the road

The driver can stop for a break at a petrol station on the motorway. In summer, on Friday afternoon and Sunday evening the motorway near Sofia and near Burgas is busy, so plan a bit more time if you have a flight.

Hotels on the coast and in Burgas

The driver takes you to the door of the hotel, also inside Sunny Beach and Nesebar, where buses do not go. If your hotel is in Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie, Primorsko or another place on the coast, type it in the price finder above: most places along the coast have their own price, and if a place is missing you can add it and send the request.

Which car

For four hours in the car comfort matters. The sedan takes up to 4 passengers with normal luggage. The minivan takes up to 6, depending on the luggage, and also works as a car with an extra-large boot for prams, bikes or kite gear. Minibuses take 8 or 16 people, and for bigger groups we send several cars or a bus. Child seats are free.

For the trip home the price is the same. Because the drive is over four hours, we usually suggest leaving the hotel about six to seven hours before the flight.
