The road north along the coast
The airport is west of Varna. The driver goes around the city and north along the coast road: first St. Constantine and Helena, then Golden Sands, Kranevo, Albena and Balchik. In summer the road through the resorts is busy in the evening, so the times above can be longer.
On to Romania
From Varna the coast road continues north to the Romanian border at Durankulak – Vama Veche and on to Constanța. Bucharest is reached through the same border or through Ruse.
